Rhonda 'Nar Nawur' Sanders
Throughout my personal journey into motherhood, I've encountered a diverse array of childbirth experiences, including cesarean section, hospital VBAC, home birth supported by a midwife and doula, free birth, and an abortion. Drawing upon these experiences, coupled with over 15 years of serving as a birth educator & attendant, I am dedicated to empowering mothers and families to make informed decisions regarding childbirth. My expertise has been enriched through collaborations with various childbirth support organizations, as well as a commitment to ongoing education in maternal health. These endeavors have fueled my passion to host monthly women's gatherings, annual community events, and to train aspiring doulas and future community midwives.
Our fundamental belief is that every family deserves a compassionate team of childbirth professionals who offer collaborative care, tailored to help them achieve their unique birth goals. We strive to instill confidence in mothers, encouraging them to assertively navigate their birth journey, trust their instincts, and recognize that self-awareness and evidence-based information are pivotal in empowering them to shape their childbirth destiny.
